Surefire Ways to Kiss Pre-Wedding Jitters Goodbye

The more elaborate your ceremony, the more things there are to go wrong, and naturally, the more worry you are going to have. There are two options you have at this point: you can elope and get rid of all the beautiful ceremony plans, or you can use a few simple methods to get rid of the stress so you can enjoy your special moment. To that end, here are five things you can do that will melt away your worst worries and help you relax. Try one of them or try them all. They are all easy, inexpensive and effective ways to take care of stress.

1. Plan to Succeed

In the manufacturing world, there is a plan for every contingency, called an OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan). Having your own version of the OCAP can help ease the tension of worrying about the “what ifs”. For instance, you and your soon-to-be-spouse can practice your first dance so you have it down cold by the time the ceremony comes around. Like the book says, “don’t sweat the small stuff, and it’s all small stuff.” People are watching you get married, not judging your taste in flowers, after all.

2. You’ve Got a Friend

Don’t forget your support network when you start feeling stressed out. Your soon-to-be-spouse, future in-laws, parents, and friends can all help you by taking some of the load off your mind. If you need a favor from someone, don’t hesitate to ask. Most people are thrilled to be asked to help plan an event like a wedding. It makes them feel like you value their opinion, and they would be more than happy to help.

3. Don’t Be So Negative

You know the type: whatever you say, they have experience with that and it was bad. From their bunion surgery to their last birthday surprise party, these people are always talking about how everything went wrong. When you’re worrying about making your ceremony perfect, the last thing you need is a negative person constantly putting ideas in your head of all the bad things that might, possibly, perhaps happen. Surround yourself with those people who help you feel comfortable, and limit time with naysayers – at least until after the ceremony.

4. Try a Little Tenderness

It can be easy to forget that the marriage ceremony is intended to celebrate the joining to two people who are in love. With rising tension can come doubts as to whether the whole thing is a good idea. When you start to feel like that, try adding a little romance to your life. Take your future spouse out for a romantic dinner or a picnic. Be alone with them and give yourself a chance to remember why you are getting married to this person in the first place. He or she is your biggest ally in the world, so take advantage of that support.

5. Getting Your Reality Check

What if you aren’t sure if the jitters are about the ceremony or about the marriage itself? In times of stress, things can get jumbled in your mind. If you are wondering about the entire idea of being married, it’s time for a reality check. Calmly think about your feelings and what is causing them. Is it nervousness about making the ceremony come off just right, or are you sensing something different? If your future spouse has changed their behavior significantly, get together and talk to them. You could find out that they are just as nervous about the public spectacle of a big wedding as you are. This is the person you are planning to spend the rest of your life with, after all. If you have chosen wisely, you will be able to talk to him or her about anything. After you have that conversation, you can relax, enjoy the ceremony, and get on to the important business of the rest of your life with this wonderful person who is sharing it with you.

Simple First Kiss Tips: Easy To Learn First Kiss Tips For Teenagers & Men & Women Of All Ages

88% Of People Do Not Know How To Kiss Their Partner.

Your first kiss with a new partner is something that will stick in your mind for years to come. If it’s “The one” it will probably stick in your mind forever. It’s important that your first kiss be truly memorable for the right reason.

When you meet a person you really like your first kiss is always going to be nerve wracking. It’s perfectly normal and, in fact, expected to have butterflies in the pit of your stomach when you first kiss someone you really are crazy about.

Here are some simple first kiss tips and first kiss advice that will ensure your first kiss is truly magical.

There are no hard and fast rules about who should kiss first. It’s more important to make sure it’s something you both want and that you are not in a rush when you do kiss for the first time.

Your first kiss with a new partner should be done in private, and in an environment where you are less likely to be interrupted by any family and friends.

It is important to remember that your first kiss with a new person may not be as smooth or as romantic as you would have liked. Your partner may not be a very good kisser first off. But that’s okay. You can take up the challenge yourself to teach your love interest the delightful art of kissing on a daily basis with these same kissing tips mentioned here.

When you are thinking of making the move to a first kiss make sure you regularly brush your teeth and have either mint lollies or chewing gum always handy to ensure your breath smells fresh and tastes fresh and inviting.

If you want your first kiss to be memorable for both of you make sure you are both sober to enjoy it.

Your first kiss is the scariest. If you are nervous, chances are that your love interest is also nervous. You can tell a lot about a person about the way they kiss. It is important to build yourself up and to focus on enjoying your first kiss experience as soon as possible.

Your first kiss together will be the most nerve wracking. After you get over the initial anticipation and onset of nerves you can then concentrate on making your kissing encounters as hot, sexy and delicious as possible. Chances are that seconds into your first kiss you will start to feel more relaxed and confident.

Bear in mind that you don’t have to kiss anyone until they are 100 percent ready. There is no time limit. You are not Cinderella and you are not going to turn into a pumpkin if you haven’t kissed by midnight. Don’t let anyone pressure you into doing something that you are not ready for. Also, never kiss a person that you don’t feel is ready for your kiss. It’s much more exciting to build up the anticipation until you are both ready than risking rejection and being seen as too forward or pushy.

While your first kiss together is fantastic, it’s all the kisses that follow that will make your pulse race, your heart stop and take your breath away.

Remember that in time your memories fade but the memory of your first kiss together will linger forever. You may remember what you were wearing or how they smelt or what you both ate. But what you will definitely remember is the feeling you had all through your body when your lips touched theirs and you shared your first intimate moment together.

Wait! Don't give up your dream of becoming a better kisser. You can become the best kisser they've ever had and get free first kiss tips. A Kiss is Never Just a Kiss!

"Few men know how to kiss well; fortunately, I've always had time to teach them." Mae West

I don't really know what the origin of kissing is. Perhaps it has been around as long as humans themselves, but few would argue that kissing is a very important part of how we connect with those we love, especially that special someone.

What makes a kiss really good and what does not? We have all had kisses that lingered long after the lips have departed. Those are the ones we long to have again. Here are a few simple rules to remember if you want your kisses to be memorable.

First and foremost, be present! The person who is fully present in the moment and engaged in his/her partner is very sexy and quite irresistible. Like a musical instrument, you may have the skill, but the true artist plays with soul. Kissing is no different. When you are fully focused on your partner and what is happening between you, your kiss will convey much more than the physical sensation of your lips touching.

Another important part of kissing is the amount of tension in your lips. Too much tension and you can't merge, too little and it's like a limp handshake. Full lips or thin does not matter. It is technique that is most important. Move your lips around a bit, don't stay static, movement is much more interesting. But be careful here. Too much tongue or too much of an open mouth in the beginning can be a turn off. Also, pay close attention to what your partner is doing and mirror it. Reflecting back his/her actions is one of the best ways to send the message of connection.

If you are kissing someone you really like or kissing a lover, don't be afraid to show how much you are enjoying it by nuzzling the neck or with groans, moans or sighs. These expressions of delight tell your partner what you like and that you are truly enjoying this kissing experience.

Avoid quick pecks on the lips or what I like to call "stamp" kisses. Pecks on the cheek for fun are fine, but if you are going to kiss on the lips, linger a while and give the kiss time to develop. Which reminds me, slooow doowwwn. What's the hurry? Take your time. Whether this is a first kiss or one with a long time partner, kissing is one of the most important and sensual ways we begin to make connection with a lover. Take it slow and enjoy the ride!

Learn How to French Kiss to Send Them Weak at the Knees!

88% Of People Do Not Know How To Kiss Their Partner.

    >>  Learn How To Be A Wonderful Kisser and Make Your Partner Beg For More <<

Kissing has got to be one of the best ways that we can show someone how we feel about them. It is also a great confidence booster to be told that you're a good kisser, but not so good if you're told you're not!

Learning how to French kiss properly is something that many people do not know. You've probably heard the nightmare stories of people that kiss like a vacuum, sloppy kiss, have bad breath or just plain kiss badly. Kissing is a great way to show affection so it's important that everyone learns how to do it well.

Many people actually think they are good kissers, and may be shocked to discover that they are in fact not. On the other hand someone who is inexperienced at french kissing may not have the confidence to kiss. This can be a big problem as it can hinder dating and relationships.

When someone mentions French kissing it's quite likely that you'll think "tongues". French kissing isn't all about tongues though, and those that concentrate solely on it may find it difficult to learn.

Although it may seem a bit strange and somewhat embarrassing you find it useful to practice kissing on your own. If you are already with a partner then talking to them about your fears of not being able to French kiss can help. This way you'll be able to practice safe in the knowledge that your partner won't think any less of you.

If you kiss anyone on a night out don't worry if it's not what you expected. French kissing is very intimate and if you are kissing someone that you don't particularly feel any love and affection for, the kiss may not spark the passion that you'd expect. See how they react to your kiss so that you can see whether you did things right. Reading their body language after you’ve kissed them is a good way to find this out.

As with anything practice makes perfect, so don't expect to be a great kisser overnight. However, if you listen and learn from the tips in my recommended guide below you will be a great kisser sooner than you think.
